Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by: New Zealand Post / CourierPost/Freightways/Aramex New Zealand or DHL Express
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website by clicking “Track your order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If there is still no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
